Beyond shopping with us at trade shows, we offer wholesale opportunities through warehouse appointments! We have over 20,000 square feet of product for our wholesale rock, mineral, & cut-stone buyers!

important information to keep in mind

  • You must make an appointment to set up a visit. Our warehouse is not open to the public. We do not accept walk in appointments. We have a rotating trade show schedule HERE which requires us to schedule appointments in advance.

  • You must have a Tax ID and/or EIN and proof of relevant business to shop at our warehouse. First time visits must fill out a MA tax form upon arrival.

  • $200 minimum per department

  • Warehouse appointments to shop Cabochons (cut stones for crafting/creating) are different than appointments to shop Crystals, Minerals, & Fossils. If you are interested in shopping both, please let us know.

  • You will be responsible for everyone in your party. There will be only one invoice and charge per group/visit.

  • We do not have a definitive list of what is available in our inventory. Our stock is constantly changing. If you have any questions about specific inventory at the warehouse, email us at contactus@villagesilversmith.net
